Regulations and Conditions

1. The ski pass is personal. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Ski passes of more than one day must be used in consecutive day periods.

3. The company shall not be liable for in case of robbery, theft, loss and/or total or partial destruction of the ski pass. The user shall pay a fine and take out a new ski pass to continue using the trails. The same as above shall apply in case the ski pass is left behind.

4. Rebate for Residents of Tierra del Fuego and children under 11 years old is a benefit. An ID should be produced in both cases to be eligible for the rebate.

5. The user bears every risk and responsibility for damages to him/her and/or third parties caused as a consequence of the inherent risk of the winter sport practiced and/or his/her negligent or reckless behavior when using the resort facilities.

6. The ski pass may be rendered void immediately in case of misconduct of the user and/or damages caused by the user to third parties.

7. The company reserves the right of admission.

8. Closure of lift facilities due to bad weather conditions as well as their partial interruption shall not give right to claims or ski pass refunds or changes.

9. Transfer of the ski pass to third parties or tamper and/or forgery thereof is a crime foreseen and punished by Sections 172 and 174 of the Criminal Code of the Argentine Republic. Therefore, the pass will be automatically cancelled.

10. The ski pass shall be shown by the user when required by the company's staff.

11. People producing a certificate of disability shall have a 50% rebate on pass price.

12. Users shall be exclusively and fully liable for skiing and/or snowboarding and/or practicing any other activity outside the authorized trails.

13. The ski pass purchase includes the delivery of basic nursing service in case of accidents exclusively occurred in the authorized trails. If required, based on the injury suffered, users shall be transferred in an ambulance without physician to health care centers in the City of Ushuaia.

14. The ski pass of the user riding the snowmass that is not authorized shall be immediately rendered void.

15. Partial or total closure of any trail, regardless of the reason, shall not give right to any claim whatsoever by the user.

16. Season start and end dates may be changed without prior notice, with no right to any claim whatsoever by the user.

17. If, for any reason, the season ski pass is not used, the user shall not be refunded. It may only be valid to be used the next year due to reasons of force majeure (i.e., injury, disease and/or pregnancy), by paying the relevant fine. The above shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

18. The purchase implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions.

19. All rates are denominated in Argentine pesos and subject to change without prior notice.

20. Personal data of ski pass holders shall be included in Cerro Castor S.A. customer database for administrative and commercial purposes.
